A whole variety of fish can be seen close enough to touch as they compete with each other for food.
This amazing spectacle attracts thousands of visitors a year. The fish can even be stroked while feeding them. Darwin harbour is subject to tide movements of up to 8 metres and the fish that visit Aquascene can only come to shore for a few hours each day, then must return to sea with the tide.
